Upon getting word that Volgin was awake, Ocelot left Irinarhov in charge of the range drills and headed toward the infirmary.

He was at the Colonel's bedside within ten minutes, looking down at a man who was much weakened, but looked a hundred times better than he had the night before, much to Ocelot's relief.

"Sir," he said, by way of a greeting. "You look much better this morning."
